EURO-BTC services are offered to the user as subject to availability. EURO-BTC endeavours to ensure that the services are available to the user without disturbances. Due to maintenance and/or further developments and/or other disturbances, the options of use may be restricted and/or temporarily interrupted. This may result in data loss. This does not grant the affected users any compensation claims. EURO-BTC is also entitled to change or discontinue the offered services at any time at its sole discretion without notice.
3. Contractual relationship
The contractual relationship on the use of EURO-BTC' paid services comes into force via registration with the desired and chosen payment provider or alternatively the binding choice of another payment alternative (e.g. credit card payment), as well as acceptance of the general conditions of use and acceptance by EURO-BTC. Acceptance by EURO-BTC takes place at the latest with opening access to the paid service.
3.1. The purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies on the EURO BTC is settled by debiting or crediting the reference currency ECpay. ECpay is not subject to any price fluctuations. An ECpay always corresponds to exactly one euro.
There are two ways users can get ECpay:
1) By selling a cryptocurrency at EURO BTC > equivalent value will be credited in ECpay
2) By acquiring ECpay against payment of the equivalent value in euros
3) By direct purchase from another user against payment of the equivalent in a cryptocurrency or in euros. Immediate transfer within the Exchange via P2P interface (peer to peer).
If users have ECpay, they can use it again to purchase a cryptocurrency.
The users also have the option of offering their ECpay to EURO BTC for purchase. EURO BTC decides on whether to accept the offer. Acceptance takes place by payment of the equivalent value in EURO. In the event of a rejection, the user will receive a written notification. There is no legal obligation to accept.
